If your main electricity fuse needs to be checked or upgraded to an 80 or a 100amp fuse, your installer will help you get in contact with us to arrange a free site visit. To check if your installation is eligible to be raised on Smart Connect, please visit our Smart Connect page.Īlternatively, if your installation does not meet our Smart Connect eligibility criteria or if you’re wanting to make multiple installations, please complete the single or multiple installations form below and send it back to the email address found on the form. Smart Connect will automatically assess applications and either issue approval or refer the job to the relevant teams for further assessment. To make it easier for installers, we have created a Smart Connect portal where they can submit applications or notifications for single domestic installations. They then have 28 days to notify us of the new installation. If your electricity supply is adequate to accommodate your new charger, your Charge Point Installer can complete the installation. If you’re installing a Charge Point at an existing property it may be as simple as your Charge Point Installer notifying us that they have installed a charger.
